BRAD BEALS
SENIOR PASTOR | ELDER
Brad has the great privilege of serving as the Senior Pastor of the church that he grew up in. He has served in various staff roles at WBC since 2012, overseeing areas of music and worship, teaching, youth ministry, small groups, and outreach. As the Senior Pastor at WBC, Brad’s desire is to boldly preach the truth of the Word of God in a way that is faithful to the original context, applicable to our modern-day lives, and glorifying to Jesus. His heart’s desire is to shepherd the people of God towards greater faithfulness, deeper obedience, and full maturity in Christ.
Brad completed his Master of Arts in Christian Ministry at Liberty University School of Divinity specializing in Discipleship and Church Ministry. He is married to Kristen, and together they live on their mountain homestead with their three children in beautiful Rappahannock County.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF ADULT DISCIPLESHIP | ELDER
Caleb oversees discipleship at WBC. His greatest joy after salvation has been being married to Lauren since 2015 and raising four wonderful girls together. He is grateful to be part of WBC, helping equip people to grow in their walk with Christ and to faithfully serve the body as they pursue Christlikeness in every area of their lives. He counts it a great joy to be a shepherd in Christ’s church.
He is a graduate of Reformed Baptist Seminary (FL) and holds an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies & Church Ministry from Mission University (MO). He enjoys time with family (especially at the beach), reading, coffee, and Detroit sports.
